Beachvolley Eindhoven is a club that was founded in 2007 and currently has over 200 members!
We have a terrain that fits 12 beach volleybal courts, so many people can play at the same time. During the evening tournaments described below more than 100 persons join a night!

Membership and guests

Since 2007, Beachvolley Eindhoven is a club with members. Member of Beachvolley Eindhoven pay a fixed small amount, which allows you to play as many times as you like in the Monday and Thursday tournaments. Besides that, we have a try out with free playing for members to poll the interest. Furthermore you get a discount from the fee for the other tournaments like the final tournament and the youth tournament. Everybody including members should register and subscribe a team in advance, so the game schedule and field assignment can be prepared.

Guests are very welcome to join the Monday and Thursday tournaments. Guests pay a fixed amount per evening. This should be paid in cash on the evening itself. Also guest should register and subscribe a team in advance using the subscription module on the website.

Do you want to improve yourself this season and learn real beach volley techniques and tactics?
Then participate in the training sessions! New and existing members can subscribe for the training sessions via the subscription module on the website.  After registration, you login and go to "Mijn gegevens", where you can select to become a member and/or to become a training member. The fee for the training sessions is a fixed amount (see below) per season.

* Members can participate unlimited in the evening tournaments and get a discount with the other tournaments and activities.
** to participate in the training sessions you have to be a member and pay contribution.

Explanation and terms

The ages mentioned above take may 1th of the current year as the bases for the age calculation. Your age at the first of may determines the height of the membership fee.

• The payment of the contribution is done preferably via automatic collection (incasso). You can give permission for this during the subscription. The automatic collection will be executed at the start of the season. When you do not want to make use of the automatic collection, you have to transfer the money directly after the subscription or prior to the start of the season to bank account 44.14.07.366 of Beachvolley Eindhoven in Eindhoven.

• Membership of Beachvolley Eindhoven is for a full calendar year and will be prolonged automatically without notice. The termination of the membership should be done at leat 1 month before the end of the calendar year and should be done via email or letter to the secretariat Dit e-mailadres is beschermd tegen spambots. • When you subscribe for the tournaments on Monday and Thursday you are required to assist in setting up the nets and putting them away. Putting away the nets is done together with all attendees. For every tournament 3 or 4 teams will be invited to assist in setting up the nets from 18.00h. This means that you have to come early 1 or 2 times per season. The participants of the training sessions will have to take care of setting up the nets and putting them away themselves.
• Members of Beachvolley Eindhoven are subjected to the code of conduct (Huishoudelijk Regelement). Unfortunately this is only available in Dutch.

Subscription module (inschrijven)

In order to participate in our events you have to registers and subscribe using the subscription module on the website. Registration (registreren) is free and without any obligation. You will enter your email adres and a password is sent. With this password you can login to the subscription system.
If you forgot your password, you can click on "password forgotten" (wachtwoord vergeten) and you will receive your password via mail.

To become a member or a training member or to change personal information like your email adres and your password, go to personal info "Mijn gegevens". There is a checkbox to subscribe as a member and/or training member.

To subscribe a team for an event you can click on new subscription "Nieuwe inschrijving", define a team and select the dates you would like to participate. To subscribe for the training session you have to become a training member first as described above. After subscribing an email is sent to the team members for confirmation. You can check your subscriptions and remove them optionally in my subscriptions "Mijn inschrijvingen".

Furthermore we have introduced a Friend system "Vriend". You can invite a Friend "Vriend uitnodigen" and make a team with your friend. You can also define a team and fill out the name and email address of a person directly. A "friend invitation" is sent automatically in this case. To accept an invitation, first register, login and then click on the link that is sent to you be email.
